Yes, but you can't set the sample clock as low as 10Hz. You'll need to set it to 1kHz and e.g. grab 100 samples at a time and take the average. That'd actually give a better timing than the software wait.

For saving, i'd build up an array and once it reaches a certain size, e.g. 100 if you want to save every 10 seconds, save to file and empty the array.

I apologize for the basic question.
I am using this timer as a sub-timer to measure seconds, but when I try to use it as the main timer, it works within the sub-timer but the values are not reflected in the main timer even though it is running internally. I want to measure in 0.1-second increments, so I would appreciate it if you could tell me how to solve this or suggest an alternative method.

Why don't you set the DAQmx task to use a 10 Hz sampleclock? (Or 1kHz sampleclock with a decimation factor of 100?)

The sample clock is running, but it is not outputting until the specified time. It keeps outputting one after another without much regard for the timing. I want to fix this cause. However, I can't solve it on my own, so I'd appreciate any hints you could give me.

Well, I could help much more once you downconvert your VIs to an older LabVIEW version. (File->Save for previous)

Each LabVIEW version provides the File->Save for previous item in the menu.

What's your problem to downconvert your VI(s) and attach them here? You still can work in your recent LabVIEW version!

Only the project file itself is converted for LV2019, but all the VIs inside the ZIP still are saved with LV2025!

You need to save the whole project for LV2019…
