Hi:

I am trying to make 3 way switch using type definition but I am not able to do that. I want "increment", "idle"  & "decrement" position. Can any one provide the link from where I can get this.

use a slider with text labels!

Set the slider to integer represantation and a range of 0..2. Then set the text labels as needed...
