customize a color ramp

Does anyone know how to customize the shape of a color ramp from a square to a diamond and still work as it is?

Call me crazy if I am.

Hello,

Here was my simple attempt at doing what you want.  Basically I dropped a Color Ramp, right-clicked and chose Advanced > Customize, then added a couple of gray triangle decorations to cover up the corners of the color ramp rectangle.  This sample VI is saved in LabVIEW 7.0...hopefully you're using 7.0 or 7.1.  If you're using an earlier version, let me know and I'll save it for a previous version.

P.S. - Yeah yeah, I know, it's probably not *exactly* a rhombus, but it's pretty darn close!

My verison is 7 and yes, I can see it all.

I tired to use the triangle too but wasn't smart enough to do what you did.
