daq assistant vi for trial version

Hi guys. I didn't find daq assistant express vi in labview 2009 trial version. I want to use this after analogue device simulation in MAX for various analogue signals. Can anybody please send me vi template code for daq assistant.

You need to download and install the DAQmx device drivers.  Once you have that, the DAQ Assistant will show up in the palettes.

Ravens Fan is absolutely correct. When you install DAQmx, not only will it install drivers for all NI DAQ devices it will also install support for any NI application development enviroments you may have installed - including LabVIEW. (Note: it is therefore important to install DAQmx after you have installed LabVIEW).

I've experienced when Labview is pre-installed in machine, installing daqmx doesn't complete and error pops up saying earlier version of ni daqmx needs to be removed first which means uninstall labview 2009. At the time of writing I already had removed labview from my machine and installing ni daqmx 8.01 first.
Am i doing the right thing?

Nor does uninstalling DAQmx require you to uninstall LabVIEW.
