data engine, error 3008

I’m developing an application using Neural Networks with Data Engine vi.4.01. My application was developed in Labview 7.1 platform and I made an installer of this application program. When I run through the source everything's OK. However, when I use the installer the software doesn’t work well, the error 3008 occurs when the tools that use the Neural Networks are called. This error message is attached with this message. Have anyone ever seen this error? What I have to do for my application works well?

Are you using some type of connection with data base?

Yes, I'm using a ActiveX connection.

Hi,

I have exactly the same problem with my application, so I would like to know if you have found a solution.

In fact, My program worked correctly with my activeX and my previous DLL but I have to used the same DLL with some evolution. The method concerned by the problem doesn't change and is still accessible by labview.

Do you know what "check if the automation refnum type is the correct class for this operation..." means?
