database conectivity toolkit - variant is missing
database conectivity toolkit - variant is missing

I have installed the database connectivity toolkit as part of my dev studio license.
I cannot choose the Database Variant to Data vi from the tool panel.
Is there a fix for this somewhere?

Confirmed on LV8.2 and DBCT 1.0.1
Its a known issue as its mentioned in the readme at
http://digital.ni.com/public.nsf/websearch/9CCBEB839CD79D58862571C00068BB64
but the link to the knowledge base is broken
