datasocket errors

dear sir,

while using modbus ethernet driver in opc server i am getting SOCKET COMMUNICATIONS ERROR 10061 : CONNECTION REFUSED 

Please help me for this error that why i am getting this error.

Dear sir,

I have already gone through that link. For that which opc server i have to download ?and what setting i have to do in that?, because i am already having my own ethernet to rs485 converter but i don't know how to check it with my instrument. please help me
