delay between each frame in real time image

hi,

   I have a live video display in my project, i am capturing diferent images from the live display at different positions.How can i calculate the time delay between each frame while capturing the images.

Some IMAQdx examples (e.g. Low-Level Grab.VI) call a reentrant VI named "CalculateFPS.VI".  This is a good starter.
