digital output in different DAQ driver

Hi all,

I am having a doubt on the difference of digital line output in traditional DAQ and DAQmx. I know traditional DAQ is pretty old but I just switch to DAQmx from the traditional DAQ and I found something pretty strange. I have 3 digitial lines sending 3 TTL "1" to trigger 3 external shutters. With traditional DAQ, all 3 TTL "1" are going in about the same times so I hear like "1" strong click (actually there are 3 clicks but the shutter open about the same time). Now I switch to DAQmx, I use the same card, same channel and same lines and triggering the same shutters. Again, they all opened at about the same times but what I hear is pretty soft clicks. It is that soft and easly distinct from the previous strong one. I wonder if there is any difference between the TTL signal sent by DAQmx and traditional DAQ. Well, I think TTL signal should not be changed by using different drivers but I really don't know why cause the difference.

Hi PKIM,

They should be the same in theory. If not sure, you can try to use Osc to monitor the signal. Waiting for you result.
