display multiple plots with queue multiplexing

I was looking at the Queue Multiplexer example from NI and it would work great for the application that I am working on.  But I was wondering if it is possilbe to display each of the lines (I have 4 thermocouples) as a different color, as u can do with each plot.  It seems that u only have the one plot and if you plot it as just the data points, you can get 4 different lines, but it is all the same plot.

Or is it possible to label each line at least so it is easier to determine which thermocouple is which?

Is this possible?? Any ideas??
