dll

Hi All,

i use LabVIEW 8,5 student edition to make a DLL Programm.That means ,i will create a DLL with a or some VIs.

I havn't found somewhere that i can do this. For example, in LV 6i there is a Build Application or Shared Library under the Tools menu. Is there also somewhere just like LV 6i? or Somewhere else i can go on with this?

Hi Chun,

you have to create a project. If you have the application builder you will see the point "build specifications" where you can choose "create dll".

the student edition of LabVIEW does not inlcude the application builder (refer to this KB).

I am sorry, you have to purchase the application builder as an additional tool.
