In order to use the IMAQ Set Simple Calibration.vi, or most Vision VIs, then you will need to have Vision for LabVIEW (or Vision for Measurement Studio) installed onto your computer. A very limited number of the vision functions are included with the installation of NI-IMAQ and those are listed on the following document:
