I don't think there are any LV drivers for this instrument.  If you check this link, they have some software available for DOS & Windows.

It has an RS-232 interface.  That along with the User Manual (same link below) should allow you to communicate with the instrument and create the necessary drivers.

I checked into the list of available intrument drivers and nothing showed up.  When doing a search on Protek, most people were also looking for drivers.  Some thread mentionned both Protek and Voltcraft.  So here is a link to the latter one... Maybe they share similarities (I didn't check the actual vi). See link
