does Instrument I/O Assistant support labview 2012?

I install the NI device driver august 2011 which include the Instrument I/O Assistant 2.7.0, it seems only suppot labview 2011, but I use labview 2012,do you know the  latest version of Instrument I/O Assistant?support labview 2012?

Hi,

the Instrument I/O Assistant seems to be supported by LabView 2012 as it is still described in the help of LabView 2012 (http://zone.ni.com/reference/en-XX/help/371361J-01/lvexpress/exexpressinstrioassist/ ).

but when I used instument I/O assistant express VI in labview2012,it said"Measurement & Automation Explorer or the Instrument I/O Assistant is not installed correctly. Please install these from the LabVIEW Driver CD." according to the below link's document suggestion, I uninstall the visa and NI488,then install them and NI instument I/O assistant again(NI driver CD 2011 august),,but still failed.what can I do next step?

Why would you think a 2011 distribution would support LabVIEW 2012? Either download the latest driver CD or stick with LabVIEW 2011.

Hello Aurelie,

I know the reason, NI instument I/O assistant 2.7.0 doesn't support LV 2012, you should update to visa5.2 which include  NI instument I/O assistant 2.8.0
