does anyone have SNMP toolkit for labview software by viodia?

Not that I know of. I know both of these guys and since they are just one-man operations, it's possible that they are busy on a contract right now. The only thing I can suggest is to keep trying.

A great place to start is with this KB: http://digital.ni.com/public.nsf/websearch/4CD3625A939A77DE852564050047D3BD?OpenDocument.  You also might want to continue to search the NI site for examples with the TCP/IP protocol, and see if anyone else has worked with SNMP.
