I'm sure that this exists as common question somewhere but I can't find it...
I have a problem with the Easy print panel or doccumnetation vi in 8.5.1 report toolkit.
I am trying to write a vi that will generate the html I need to use in creating help files.
When i use the print doccumentation function from the menu it prints the Icon and controls information for simple variables fine. For clusters it prints a graphic icon like the type used in labviews own help files.
The easy print Vi does everything except get the graphic icons for variables inside a cluster. Normal simple varibles are fine, icon and description show up as expected.
Clusters show icon and description for the cluster only and elements inside the cluster show descriptions only.
It's like the programatic print cannot extract icon data not visible in the block diagram but the print menu function works fine.
I hope someone can show me straght because I really dread printing these all out using the drop down menu print function...
