Is there an easy way to transfer development environment settings?

I just installed to another computer and it drives me nuts everytime the  function pallet is always different and the block diagram grid is not on...

Are the user settings stored in an INI I can just dopy over?

The .ini file for LabVIEW is most likely located at C:\Program Files\National Instruments\LabVIEW <version>\LabVIEW.ini

You can just copy the .ini from the computer whose settings you like into the LabVIEW folder on the other computer (overwriting the default .ini). You will need to restart LabVIEW to see the changes.
