I'm not sure if I understood you correctly. What properties or invoke nodes are you using? You should take a look at the
supported methods for PDA and
supported properties for PDA links that Eric posted to determine the properties or methods in your VI are supported in LabVIEW PDA. If any of your invoke/properties node is not listed in the above links than it is not supported in LabVIEW PDA.
