I am using a subvi that I have created throughout my program to save data from my parameter analyzer. Only on one section of my program will this save subvi not work giving me an error 0 saying it can not connect to the machine. This section is just like the rest of my program so it should work and it worked before. This just started today when I havent changed anything. Any ideas or suggestions?

What kind of protocol are you using to communicate with your instrument or machine? If I understand this correctly, initially this VI was working correctly, but only recently you have started receiving this error. In that case, its most likely to do something with the hardware settings for communication protocol. If the SubVI has not been updated then it should behave correctly. Try running the your VI in "Highlight Execution" mode so that you can track down the exact VI that is causing this error. Once you have located the VI (or the sub-section of the code) then you should be able to troubleshoot the exact reason for the error message. It would help if you could post your code on this post.
