error 0xBFF6001F using JAI CV-M50 camera

 Hi ,

I am getting an error 0xBFF6001F and cannot frame grab from my camera JAI CV  M-50. I have seen some forums where configuring the camera is mentioned but when I get into MAX and NI-IMAQ devices  img0  IMAQ PCI 1409 and then channels, I cannot manipulate the camera information. I am not even sure if this will fix the problem! I think there is some config problem but I am stumped?

 Thanks

Brad,

What operation mode are you using with your camera?  Are you using any triggers with the camera?  In MAX, what mode of operation are you using?

Have you tried using a different BNC cable to connect your camera to the 1409?  Check the switch array on the back of the camera to ensure that the options selected match what you have configured in MAX.  Have you verified that the camera is being powered properly?  If you can, try a different power supply.
