Well, you have to make sure your VISA reference is valid.

You really need to post additional information. You have a large message body that you should use to fully explain what you are doing.

There is an arrow on the right side of the VISA Resource control. Did you use that to select the resource your instrument is connected to? If you didn't do that and retry.

Paan,  Don't stick a screenshot inside of an Excel File.  Just post the screen shot as a jpeg or .png attachment.
