First, NI does not have a driver for the CMU200. You are re-directed to the Rhode & Shwartz site and they developed the driver. They have several versions available that depend on what options you have for the instrument and none of them have a version of 3.07. You might want to go to http://www.rohde-schwarz.com/www/dev_center.nsf/frameset?OpenAgent&website=com&navig=/www/dev_center.nsf/html/nav,10,11&content=http://www.rohde-schwarz.com/drivers/overview.html and download the latest version and get the one specific to your instrument with the correct options.
