error 1706

I already installed LV6.1 and now when I switch login and try to run the programme it tries to install the LV6.1,that is already installed and look for CD, that obviously I didnt insert. and then gives error" Windows installer and blah blah blah". and when I click cancel I get "error 1706: blah blah blah".

Can anyone help me...

I get the same error with excel word and other office products too, which I already installed in some other login but in a new login they don't run.

Hello Priiyank,

Most likely, this problem is caused by the security policies of your operating system and the MSI installer. If you are not logged in as an administrator, you can see this particular error. This issue is known issue by Microsoft, and you can find workarounds provided by them at these sites:
