It would have been better if you cut and pasted a screenshot of your code rather than taking an actual picture of your monitor!
Better yet would be to attach the actual VI.
There is no way to no how to help you. The problem is buried in the settings of the DAQ Assistant Express VI.
PS: You may want to check your spelling for things in your VI "assignment" and "voltage" not "assignemnt" and "volatage". Since this appears to be homework, correct spelling may affect your grade.![]()

Please don't use text message shortcuts. i.e. "coz" and "u". Also the word "I" is always capitalized.
"SubVI'DAQ Assistant': SubVI is not executable"
Is that another different error message you are getting? It still sounds like something is not setup correctly in your DAQ assistant.
Maybe something is wrong with your DAQmx installation. I would try reinstalling the DAQmx drivers again.
How does the card work if you just use the test panels in Measurement and Automation Explorer?

Actually My assignment to Measure Voltage, Temperature, Current, Resistance and Power using WSN 3202 and WSN 9791 Gateway and once I accomplish this assignment I will add an anemometer (wind speed sensor) and an irradiation sensor (solar radiation sensor measures amount of solar irradiation from the sun) for measurements..
Since WSN 9791 is not allowing me to WSN 3202 as a node,So I Decide to use NI PXI-6229 which is connected to SCB 68.
As u suggested I checked MAX NI PXI 6229 test panel(As I am using this for now...) and its working fine.
I measure the voltage of 9V battery which I found to be 8.32V.
I believe I will improve all my typing and Grammatical mistake soon..

If you can't figure out a way to get a copy of your VI off (and the PXI should have a USB port), then at least take a screenshot/picture of the setup dialog box for the DAQ assistant.
