Do you have an image of the captured error, it will be better to have an attached image of it such that the forum members are able to assist you in your query.
For the time being , prior to downloading the NI-VISA Drivers, do ensure the following
1) Firewalls are disabled during installation, which might affect the installation process
2) Download the NI-VISA Toolkit through the following link
https://www.ni.com/en-sg/support/downloads/drivers/download.ni-visa.html#442805
Ensure you select the correct LabVIEW Version and supported OS system.
