error code 3005 when calling an ActiveX application

I have used the Application Builder in LV 7 to build an executable with the ActiveX interface enabled. I can write a LabVIEW 5.1.1 VI that will successfully use the ActiveX interface to the executavle and control it as I want, but I can't get that to work from LV 7. The code in LV & (either the automaically upgraded 5.1.1 or a new one created from scratch) gives an error 3005 from the Automation Open VI, and I get no further. What am I doing wrong?

A similar issue has been answered in this other thread.

Please let me know if that doesn't solve your issue, thanks.

Thanks. Clicking the button for "Show Creatable Objects Only" solved the problem. The error message and the LV Help files sure didn't point me in that direction at all.
