I can cope with it, but: Why does the ...-errors.txt file pretent
to be XML, but it is not? On the one hand it starts with a valid
XML declaration and has tags and attributes. On the other hand,
whitespace is significant in silly cases and, much worse, the
expected encoding is Latin-1 or something like that, although it
*must* be UTF-8.
Is this a mere bug or done with purpose? Where can one report bugs?
