error contacting server

hello, i'm using a CRIO and I start to compile a FPGA program and it returns this message

LabVIEW FPGA was unable to contact the Compile Server at "localhost localhost
168.192.1.67". The server name may be incorrect, a firewall may be blocking communications with the server, or the configured timeout may be too low. You can try contacting the Compile Server again by clicking the Retry button. Click the Cancel button to abort. After closing this dialog, you can change the Compile Settings by selecting Tools>>FPGA Module Options to display the FPGA Module Options dialog box.

I try everything. Note : I'm using win7 x64. and this problem starts today, and a few weeks ago, the compilation works well. but this happenend I think because I install a evalution of LV2011 to see an example. and I'm using LV2009 sp1. please help me

Good morning,

Here are a few guidelines, please verify that helps solve the problem. Any questions please contact us.

This error most likely has occurred due to a recent upgrade of LabVIEW and the LabVIEW FPGA Module.  When the module is upgraded, the compileserver.ini file is set back to its original state where rviserverconfigured=FALSE.  If the compile server was specifically configured in the previous version, then these changes will be overwritten after the upgrade.  When the “Configure Server” dialog box appears, clicking “OK” should make everything work fine.  If a specific configuration is required, the server can be reconfigured and then selecting “Retry” on the “Error Contacting Server” dialog box should fix the issue.

The last recommendations were:

1. Make sure “localhost” is selected in the Compile Server Configuration

2. Search the PC for “compileserver.exe” and see if there are only two instances at the locations listed in the other post.

3. Reinstall from a different set of CDs/DVDs.  Without being able to reproduce this, it is difficult to come up with ideas for solutions.

The LabVIEW FPGA Compile Server and Client use TCP/IP to transfer files between the client and the server, even if the client and the server run on the same computer. You receive the error message when you try to compile an FPGA VI if the computer does not have a network connection and TCP/IP installed. You may also encounter the error if you have a firewall or other port blocking software enabled.
