If you do not have any other National Instruments software on your computer, the I would suggest checking the registry (Start»Run»regedit) at HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\National Instruments. If that key exists, then delete it and try installing it again. If it does not exist, then try copying the CD to your hard drive and installing it from there.
If you do have other National Instruments software installed, then I suggest deleting the LabVIEW key only and reinstalling LabVIEW.
