while i am runnnig that file in one machine which has no DIO and MIO it opens without any error and if i am running that file on another PC which has DIO and MIO it can't run and error pop up.
if anybody knows the solution than let me know

The lvdaq.dll is part of traditional DAQ and I think by default, is not installed when you run the drivers CD - only DAQmx. Make sure that it's installed.

p.s. You really don't have to put all of those exclamation points in the subject of every post that you make.

I have a similar problem with my LabView .vi s.

When ever there is an update for Windows and I then run my .vi I get, "a dynamic link library (.dll) failed to initialise."

I cannot change administrator settings on the machine, but when I reboot the machine enough times it starts to work again.

I have seen this more than 10 times now, this happens on every machine that undergoes the updates.  I cannot stop the updates and as it is not isolated to one machine I do not believe that the files could be corrupt.

Can anyone tell me why this happens or give me a solution?

Cheers,

Andrew

Hello Andrew,

I would recommend starting a new thread for this issue.  Most people no longer look at threads that are this old; you are much more likely to get responses if you start a new one.

With regards to your issue, what version of LabVIEW are you using?  What dll is having trouble initializing?  What OS are you using?

Cheers,

Christina
