Come on, give us a chance to help, OK?

1... Please don't spam the forum with separate threads. Make one and add to it.
2... What data exactly are you having trouble getting from where to where? One of your subVIs has 20+ terminals on it. We can't chase all of them.

You VI is a mess. There are missing VIs, way too many globals, you have hidden wires, wires going the wrong direction, etc. What I would suggest is that you make a much simpler example that you can post with some default values. Explain exactly what data is not being returned from the subVIs. What you can also do is step into each subVI to see if they are receiving valid data. You can set breakpoints or right click on the subVI and select SubVI Node Setup and then select the last three checkboxes. That way, you can see the data passed to the subVI before it executes and then the data ir returns. To avoid placing too many cterminals on a connector pane, you should bundle controls and indicators together and pass/return clusters. That way you don't have to use that 20 terminal connector. When you have that many, it's very easy to connect a wire to the wrong place.

Hi TUDS,

Please try to refrain from posting multiple threads on the same topic. Instead please just "Reply" to the already existing thread to add more information or to ask another question on the same topic. Further more, the Discussion Forum is filled with great helping hands such as CoastalMaineBird and Dennis Knutson. However, we cannot be expected to debug an entire application (especially without much indication to where or how the error is occurring).

That being said, if you could specify your issue further and post a small VI that exemplifies the problem you are encountering, we would love to help you out!

I hope this clarifies some things,
