Your original question (which I actually DID read) asked how to read an Excel workbook. You're asking to downconvert a VI that deletes a column from an Excel workbook. How, exactly, are these the same thing? A search for "read Excel" yields 238 pages of results. Are you saying NONE of those replies have an example on how to read an Excel workbook? Did you just stop at the first one?
