Im streaming Real Time Data from a third party software to Excel as an add-on. Excel is Not saving the data to hard disk so im not able to use my MD5 checksum.VI to monitor when the file changes like I originally thought I would be able to. There is an TDM file option in the add-on menu. Is there another way to save / overwrite the data after each update that be updated in Excel? The Data overwrites when new data comes in but Labview cannot pick up the change because its only streaming not saving. Also the Excel needs to be open to collect the data.
