Just to add to the previous post, the easiest way to tell if you have the Application Builder installed on your computer is to go into LabVIEW and open up a new VI. From there, go to the Tools menu. If you see the option "Build Application or Shared Library" then you do in fact have the Applicaiton Builder. This feature is available in LabVIEW Professional Development system or it can be purchased as an add-on if you have the another LabVIEW package.
If you do in fact have this tool, there is a great tutorial on our support site that will walk you through building an application.
