extract hardware simulator file

I have hardware simulator file i.e. HW_Simulator for genotype frequency calculation and i need to know the logic behind the simulation.
is there anyway where i can extract and get the code behind the genotype frequency calculation . ?

when this "HW_Simulator" is a LabVIEW VI then you can look at its blockdiagram to learn about "the logic"…
