fedora 12 labview crashes during vista installation

Hi all

                         I am using labview 2009 , fedora 12 .. everything is working fine..when i started working with VISA SERIAL, labview crashes . how to find out why it crashing .. how to fix the above ....

Your subject line says that LabVIEW crashes when installing "vista" ( I assume visa). Now the body of the message says when you "started working with VISA Serial" LabVIEW crashes. Can you be more specific as to when LabVIEW crashes, what you are doing when it crashes, any messages you get when it crashes?

      Sorry typo error "fedora 12 labview crashes during visa installation"  i want to read the data coming from the serial port , for that when i draged the visa serial intialize. vi to the block diagram and trying to chosse the "com1 "  as device labveiw crashes. while restarting labview also no error msg comming .. so i dont know how to fix the bug.
