fieldpoint webserver not responding

Hi.

I have a LabVIEW RT application which I have deployed and is now running on a cFP-2220. I want to access the front panel from browser in a computer connected to it via Ethernet.

I have done everything whats especified in these pages

But when I try to connect to the specified html the browser only keeps waiting forever the response from the IP of the cFP. I now that the application is running cause I can controle it directly from the VI on LabView, and its working fine.

im using LabView 8.6 and Fieldpoint 6.0.2. 

PS: on the 3rd link it says on step 5 "Right-click Build Specifications under the target, and select New»Real-Time Application"  

The option "Real-Time Application" does not appear on my proyect explorer.

on the same links ir says "If you are using a cFP controller, you will need to make sure that a copy of the startup.rtexe is placed in C:\ni-rt\startup.exe of your host computer. If you change and rebuild the executable, you will need to copy it into this directory on your host PC before downloading it onto the RT target. "  I have checked that folder and there`s nothing in it.

I hope you can help me, I need to solve this problem ASAP cause its part of my degree`s final proyect.
