what is the differrence between the filter in signal conditioning and the other one which  contain list of cheby ,butter,...... in labview8

Are you referring to the Express VI, versus the individual filter VIs offered on the functions Palette? (Express being a blue colored background)

Perhaps providing specific VI names would allow for better insights. Also, you may find the 'Detailed Help' link to the LabVIEW help offers clarification on specific functions parameters, and use cases.
