I've been trying to evaluate LabView's pattern maching capabilities now for a week without success.
First I installed the 'NI Vision Development Module' on a machine running an older version of Labview (8.5) and couldn't find a single example.
Then I installed the 7 day trial version of labView 2014 'LabVIEW Professional Development System' on a completly new machine that never had LabView and the previous VDM and the examples are nowhere to be found. I re-install everything selecting all options and nothing.

Today I finally found that the example 'Pattern Maching.vi' is in 'LabView2013/examples/Vision/Pattern Matching'. When I open this example it can't find any of the sub-vi's.
If I search the Help/Find Examples there is none of the pattern matching examples to be found!
I just opened the example 'Pattern AMtching (All)' from the 2013 examples directory and it can't find any of the sub VIs:
IMAQ Dispose
IMAQ Clear Overlay
IMAQ Image.ctl
IMAQ Overlay Multiple Lines
IMAQ Overlay Line
IMAQ Overlay Oval
NI_Vision_Development_Module.lvlib:IMAQ Match Pattern 4
and so on
I really have to evaluate this software before I can upgrade.
I would really appreciate it if somebody can give me a hint to what went missing during the installation.
