The only way to solve this problem is to run the remote panel over an extremely fast network with no other network traffic.
You can see the webcam on your PC because all of the communications ports are fast. (firewire, CPU, memory, video card). But to see something on a remote panel, that picture of your front panel as to be encoded, sent over a TCP/IP connection, and decoded on the other end for display. I'm sure 30 screenshots /second is way too fast for your network connection to handle.
