Is there an english download for a 64 bit version of FPGA 2011 SP1 ? I can find a chinese and Japanese version?

There is no 64bit Version of LV FPGA!
But of course there is a LV FPGA 32bit in english which supports 64 Operating Systems, e.g. LabVIEW FPGA Module 2011 SP1 - Windows Server 2008 R2 64-bit/7/XP/Server 2003 R2 32-b
