fpga device configuration, package and speed grade.

Hello.

Where can I find the package and speed grade info of the FPGA inside the PXI-7842R device? I am asking because I want to build an XPS project in the Xilinx XPS and the program needs that info.

I was following the example in the "How to use Xilinx Microblaze-based designs with NI LabVIEW FPGA 2009 and the R-series hardware". In there, it gives the info for the specific FPGA they use (PXI-7852R and PXI-7953R). It is a Virtex5, xc5vlx50, ff676, speed grade -1 but the authors do not mention where one can find that info.
