I thought I would post this for anyone else that has this issue. After updating my Developer Suite to 2014 DS1, I had the exact same FPGA compilation error discussed in this thread. I'm running Windows 7 SP1 64-bit. After uninstalling FPGA Xilinx Tools 14.4 and installing Xilinx Tools 13.4, the issue still existed. After updating to MS .NET framework 4.51, the issue still existed. After re-installing NI Labview FPGA Xilinx 14.4 Tools, the issue was resolved and my FPGA code successfully completed compilation.
