I would like to ask if there is an avialable SubVI for the Fractional order PID controller? 

I'd appreciate if you someone has an idea to share that would help me to have a fractional PID controller vi.

This is a pretty advanced topic.  There are some research papers on it, and some articles discussing Matlab, but I strongly doubt that there is anything directly in LabVIEW for this.  That doesn't mean that you could develop such a thing, but it would be something of a "research project" (which, if you succeed, you should probably publish, so others can use your ideas).
