frequency response

I am trying to make bode plot for the signal I generate and the feedback signal. It is a vibration experiment, the user can generate four kinds of signals individually: normal sine wave, swept sine, white noise and chirp. The signal pass through amplifier then makes a vibration steel bar shacking, feedback a signal which can be read out. The problem I am facing now is I cannot find a function to make bode plot. I tried spectral measurements and FFT, they do give me a kind of frequency domain plot but the x-axis seems based on sampling rate, not the frequency of the signal.

Besides, in order to make chirp which sounds fast and swept sine which sounds slow, chirp's samples is 1500 but swept sine's samples is 30000 which doesn't match when I tried to compare the phase.

Can anyone give some suggestions? Really appreciate it.

Here is my vi. file

Maybe you want to keep all your bode discussions in one place. Starting new threads just scatters the information.

(Also, if attaching changed VIs, please give them new names to avoid confusion.)
