front panel binding

I have a fairly large project and have been successfull binding most of my shared variables to the front panel HMI's.  But all of a sudden a few won't bind through the front panel mass binding interface.  So I opened up the VI and tried to bind through the properties interface.  When I select the variable I want to bind the "OK" box disables so I can't select it.  It's not a problem with that particular control b/c I tried it with other controls and it still won't work.  It's a problem with that particular shared variable.  Does anyone have any suggestions?

Is there a limit on the number of variables that can be bound or something?  I'm still trying to figure this out.

Hi zorro,

There is no limit on the number of variables that can be bound. Are you selecting Shared Variable Engine (NI-PSP)? If so, you need to specify the path to which the shared variable binds. You need to be more specific on how you're creating the shared variable and/or what you have done to reproduce the problem.

Something must have been goofed up with the sve.  I just restarted my computer and it allowed me to bind the variables then.  I was using the FP Mass Binding interface.  I was selecting NI-PSP and selecting the shared variable that I wanted to bind to the control.
