I couldn't find an instrument driver for this instrument, which I guess is what you are refering. Any instrument driver that NI has can be found at www.ni.com/idnet.
For this instrument, you can check on Agilent's web site to see if they have one available.
The final option is to use the VISA VIs to communicate directly with the instrument. You need the command set, which you'll find in the user manual of the instrument or a separate programmer's manual that you can get at Agilent's web site.
