front panel objects move

I save my VI. When I reopen it some of the objects have moved. This is in version 8.0. Attached is the VI, if you move the horizontal central orange line vertically up about 6 grid squares, to connect the two vertical orange lines, then save. When I reopen, it has moved. I have tried to lock it in position with the reorder options, but no effect.

LV 8.0 has a lot of problems in positioning Front Panel and Block Diagram objects after save and open.

You should really update.

Just to back up what Waldemar has said:

I've run a search through the achive of past queries and found that this was a known problem with the LabVIEW 8 series, to which a solution was not found before LabVIEW 2009 was released. Having not encountered this issue in any later versions of LabVIEW I'm afraid I can only recommend an upgrade.
