Hi,
can somebody help me in generating audio o/p from daq 6036 and record the same signal for reference.

I think you will find there are lots of topics already on the forums talking about trying to do this.

Here are a couple of examples:

Probably the easiest way is to search the forums for what you are looking for:

Can you please send me the file in Labview6.1 version. bcoz i don't have labview 7.1

Unfortunately that file uses DAQmx, which is only compatible with LabVIEW 7.0 and up.

There were lots of other good posts related to this, they might have some older examples contained in them.
