I'm glad that this is not impeding your development. It seems that that particular VI became corrupted somehow. If you continue to have issues like this, definitely let us know.

Just in case this issue was still under investigation.  I have the same "Error 3" problem using LV 2009 with F3 patch see attached VI.  I have reverted to a previous revision so it is not halting any of my development.
